If yours is not here, send it to the care coordinator — questions get answered the same day. Call 09055003237 or email wellness@hirayalifestyle.com.
We block 60 to 90 minutes. A confidential intake, an unhurried review with your physician, and a written plan before you leave. Bring any recent bloodwork and we'll build on it rather than repeat it.
Bring results from the last six months, a list of anything you take including supplements, and a rough sense of your typical week. Fasting is not required unless we tell you otherwise.
Usually not. Most plans begin with diagnostics, and therapy decisions are made once results are read with you. Anything urgent is treated the same day.
It depends entirely on the finding. Sleep and energy often shift within weeks; hormonal and metabolic markers are re-tested at twelve. We will not promise you a timeline at a first consult.
Payment is settled at the clinic on the day — cash, card, GCash or Maya. We're cash-pay first, and provide itemized receipts you can submit for reimbursement.
Quoted when you book, before you commit, and it does not change afterwards. Diagnostics and any medication are priced separately at cost.
No. Care is billed per visit and per test. You can stop, pause or change physician at any time without a penalty.
Yes — message the care coordinator with what you are considering and you will get a written estimate.
Records are encrypted and access-controlled. Nothing is shared with employers, family, partners or insurers without your written consent. Private consult rooms, discreet entrance.
Yes. Choose a care area and leave the notes blank. Nobody will press you on the phone.
Yes — across orientations, identities, ages and life stages. Whatever choices you've made, your story is honored and there is someone here to guide you.
Any time, and we will help you read them. You can also ask us to correct anything you believe is wrong.
Most follow-ups, yes. First consults usually happen in person so we can examine and baseline properly.
Whichever is easier to reach — the record follows you between Taguig City and Angeles-Clark, Pampanga, and physicians rotate across both.
Yes, all three, and only after assessment. Restore covers NAD+ (a coenzyme your cells use to turn food into energy) and peptides (short chains of amino acids used as prescribed treatments); Strengthen covers GLP-1 medication, which works with the hormone that signals fullness, including how we plan your path off it.
We refer, with the notes and results already prepared, to clinicians at our partner hospitals. We will say clearly when something is outside what we should be treating.
Ask the care coordinator, or book a consultation and bring it with you.
